All classes are designed with your yogic experience in mind. All are welcome, including beginners, and those desiring to deepen their practice.
Vinyasa Yoga - A dynamic and flowing style of Hatha yoga, which beautifully links breath with movement through a creative series of postures. Increases balance, strength, and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness through breath and awareness. The focus of each class is on alignment and intention and demonstrated through cues and hands on adjustments. Options are provided for all levels.
Power Flow Vinyasa - A creative, energetic flow that moves quickly to build internal heat, while increasing stamina, strength, and flexibility. Feel supported through gentle adjustments and alignment focused cuing. Leave feeling refreshed and empowered. Have a good grounding on the basics before taking this class.
Hatha Yoga–breath work, and gentle warming poses and movements to build strength, flexibility and relaxation. Focus on standing poses and basic seated work that is suitable for all levels. Poses are held longer to allow for full expression and exploration.
Yin Yoga - creates the ideal foundation to melt stress, improve circulation, and stimulate the energetic pathways in your body. Yin poses are held longer, 3 -10 minutes, to allow ample time to facilitate deeper opening. These long held poses liberate you from any physical discomfort, or improves pain and circulation, enhances mobility in joints, and increases flexibility . The class can be highly meditative and deeply relaxing. Available to all levels and great for athletes.
Yin/Vin - Combining the best of yin and yang flows. Vinyasa builds dynamic heat coupled with the cooling exploration of the yin leaves you feeling more in balance, energetic, and calm. Available to all levels. Wonderful for athletes.
Restorative Yoga- A practice of longer held poses completely supported by props. Deeply relax and heal all of the levels of the body. Release stored emotions, quiet the mind, release physical stress, and connect to your higher self. Perfect for those healing from physical illness and trauma.
