Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic and flowing style that synchronizes breath with movement through creative, intentional sequences. This practice builds balance, strength, and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness. You will be guided with clear alignment cues and offered gentle hands-on adjustments to deepen your experience. Modifications are provided to make this class accessible and rewarding for all levels.
Power Flow Vinyasa
An energetic, fast-paced flow designed to build internal heat, stamina, and power. This challenging class will leave you feeling both refreshed and empowered. You are supported with strong, alignment-focused instruction throughout. A solid understanding of Vinyasa basics is recommended.
Hatha Yoga
A foundational practice that focuses on breath work (pranayama) and gentle, warming postures. By holding poses longer, you have time to explore full expression, building foundational strength, flexibility, and deep relaxation. The focus on standing and basic seated poses makes this class suitable and beneficial for all levels.
Yin Yoga
A slow, deep practice that targets the connective tissues. Poses are held for 3-10 minutes to gently release tension, improve circulation, and enhance joint mobility. This meditative and deeply relaxing practice is excellent for melting stress, improving flexibility, and balancing the body's energetic pathways. Ideal for all levels, including athletes.
Yin/Vin
Experience the perfect balance of active and passive. This unique class begins with a Vinyasa flow to build dynamic heat (Yang) and transitions into longer-held Yin poses for deep release and cooling. The combination leaves you feeling balanced, energetically calm, and thoroughly rejuvenated. Wonderful for all levels, especially athletes.
Restorative Yoga
A practice of profound relaxation. Using props to fully support the body in restful poses, this class allows the nervous system to settle into a state of deep rest. It is designed to quiet the mind, release stored physical and emotional stress, and promote holistic healing. Perfect for those recovering from illness, injury, or trauma.

I acknowledge that these sessions are not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis, and I am responsible for consulting a licensed practitioner for any physical or mental concerns.
I understand that I alone am responsible for informing my primary healthcare provider about my participation and for confirming that these services do not adversely affect my current health condition.
I understand that practitioners at Happy Heart Yoga do not diagnose illness, disease, or physical or mental disorders, do not prescribe medical treatments or pharmaceuticals, and make no specific claims regarding results.
I have stated all medical conditions I am aware of and agree to update my practitioner of any changes.
I agree to refrain from receiving services while contagious and understand that the practitioner will do the same.
I understand that if my needs extend beyond the scope of practice, referrals to qualified professionals will be offered.
I understand that no guarantees are made regarding the results of services.
I understand that I may experience improved physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
I and my representative(s) agree to fully release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Happy Heart Yoga (Leyla Christopher), its practitioners, owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with my participation in sessions or services.
I understand that my consent to receiving any service enables my consent for additional services offered now or in the future.
I understand that participation is voluntary and I may withdraw consent at any time.
I have provided an emergency contact who may be notified in case of urgent situations.
I understand that sessions are confidential except where disclosure is required by law or with my written permission.
I understand and agree to the cancellation and refund policy (24-hour notice required; session fees may apply if policy not followed).
I give/do not give permission for photos or recordings taken during sessions to be used for marketing or educational purposes.
I acknowledge that by initialing key sections, including indemnification and the non-medical nature of services, I understand and agree to these terms.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in DeKalb County, Georgia.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
